Shipping & Policies
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame disclosed, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP (for a faster response please visit the Contact Us tab on the website). We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address, if we are unable to do so, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service (800-275-8777) SheSoIlly DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.
Once your order is placed, you will receive your package within 2-3 business days from THE DAY IT WAS SHIPPED OUT, if you have selected standard delivery. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order, this does not include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
We offer USPS Priority Mail to most if not all locations. Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.
We do not share your information with any third party companies, nor is your credit card information stored on our sites cookies for further use.
