CAN THE LASHES BE REUSED

Lashes can be used 15-20 times with proper care. Please refer to your care card once you have received your order

ARE THE LASH BAND ONE SIZE?

The longer the lash the longer the band. Use scissors to customize the lash band to your liking for best results

 ARE YOUR LASHES CRUELTY FREE?

All of our lashes are cruelty free and hypo allergenic 

 HOW DO I CANCEL OR EDIT A PLACED ORDER? 

To cancel an order, please send a email with the subject "Order Cancellation." followed by your order number. The website will not allow an edits or changes to be made one the order is placed

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 5PM eastern time will begin processing the same day, excluding holidays, and shipped either the same day if ordered by 2PM. Orders placed after 5 PM ET will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM ET will begin processing on the next business day

HOW ARE PACKAGES SHIPPED?           

All packages are shipped via USPS First Class. First Class takes up to 2-3 business days to ship anywhere in the United States. We are not responsible for any lost items during shipping. USPS should be contacted if any packages are lost. If you want coverage on your package you will have to pay additional

HOW DO I USE DISCOUNT CODE IN YOUR SHOP?

At the checkout screen there is a field for discount codes, in which applicable code should be entered at the time of purchase. One code per order

                                 HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? 

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. A tracking number will be sent when the order is shipped, which you can track using USPS website
